1. What currency are the prices on the site?

• Within the UK: Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days.

• No, we only ship within the UK.
4. Can I track my order?
• Yes, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
5. What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?
• If you’re not home, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection from a local depot.
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
• If the item has not been shipped, we can change the shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible to request an address change.
7. I just placed an order, when will it ship?
• We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Tracking numbers will be updated as soon as your order has been shipped. If you don’t have a tracking number after 3 business days, please email us at sales@boricci.com.
8. I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
• We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcel. Note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
9. Can I cancel my order?
• You can cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item has already been sent, please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
10. I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
• If you have misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email within 30 minutes to correct it.
• Important Note: If the order is already processed and shipped to the incorrect address before you notify us, we cannot offer a refund. It’s crucial to inform us as soon as possible to prevent the order from being dispatched to the wrong address. Orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery, so timely communication is essential.
